How to Access Sennen Support

Sennen client Power Users are responsible for providing first line application support within their organisation. They are responsible for contacting Sennen support when escalation is required. 



Routes:


1. Freshdesk - Power Users


For all standard support queries (bug reports, how-tos, access requests, configuration) please log an issue on Freshdesk using the relevant form. 


This will be reviewed by Sennen Support who will prioritise and route internally as required. They will respond directly on your ticket and you will be notified. 


Freshdesk is observed within Sennen Support Hours (0830-1730 GMT)



2. Phone - Critical or Out-of-Hours


For out-of-hours support, or for critical queries, please call Sennen Support on (+44) 117 457 8520. 


A support ticket will be created on your behalf by the agent who responds. 


This number is available 24/7.
