A power user will gain a broad understanding of each part of the system, how it's used and works, and act as the first port of call within client organisations for queries and support needs.
- They may not be responsible for carrying out all of the actions within the Sennen system, but they are responsible for encouraging other users to maintain good standards and housekeeping.
- They will also identify any potential training requirements for new and existing users, to be carried out by a relevant person.
- They will have access to additional system settings, do some initial troubleshooting and be the channel via which support tickets can be raised with Sennen (via Freshdesk).
- In relevant cases, they may also have access to a UAT system to test or familiarise themselves with any forthcoming updates or new features
