Support Articles have moved!
Our knowledge base articles have now moved to a new location. This is accessible to all users from a link within your Kraken system.
When you are signed into the Kraken system, go to the user icon beside the organisation logo.
Click on the 'Help' button.
This will open a new browser tab, with support articles relating to your system.
Use the menu on the left or the search box to locate the articles you require.
